It seems counterintuitive, from a marketing point of view, that if youre trying to get me to like your magazine, or at least one that Ive never heard of, you would at least give me one or two issues for free with the download so I can see if its for me. (Like every other app in the newsstand.)

This app asks for your personal information, THEN informs you that youll get nothing as a sample.

Issues are about $5 apiece, which is a lousy exchange rate with the advertised UK pice of $£2.95. (Should about $4, although this might Apples bad attempt at banking.)
