Been working until latest update, issue downloads but crashes as soon as you try open please fix!!!!!!

Do not buy first off its not US its UK then I am on the job with no wifi for months so I read and this is wifi based I just want my money back. Not what I thought it was just cancel me please look I have owned this for 4 hrs and downloaded 4 pages just cancel my year and give me a refund please.
